Our History
After the establishment of MachX’s sister company Senor Tech in 2001 in Australia, in 2021, we have further expanded into self-serving kiosks, ESL (electronic shelf label), thermal label printers, and PDA (personal digital assistant). Using innovative design and cutting-edge technology, we are committed to providing quality products and service that is efficient, convenient and reliable. We promise to meet and understand the needs of all industries, building solid relationships with our partners and clients.

Furthermore, we promise the obsolescence of parts to a minimum of 3 years after a product has become EOL. All our product ranges have been carefully chosen and tested for the Australian market. We are meeting the standards in Compliance, Quality, Reliability and Value.
Quality Assurance
The “IP” or International Protection Rating classifies the degree of protection against the intrusion of dust and liquids in electronic enclosures. All MachX Screen Terminals have passed stringent IP testing to ensure sealing against liquids and dust, thus providing superior user safety and peace of mind.
These Ruggedised Touch Screens are designed for high reliability, shock tolerance, and survival in high temperature and corrosive environments. As an approved IP-certified product, MachX’s Touch Screen Terminal has a longer equipment life as it offers protection against rust and corrosion. Preventing any liquid from entering the systems also ensures user safety as it reduces the risk of any electrical shock or explosions.

Our Industrial label printer manufacturer also holds several patents with the most significant market share in South East Asia. The ruggedised tablets we carry in both Android and Windows platforms are not only IP65 rated but all withstand drop tests performed at 1.5 meters.
